Pre-Event Preparation Clean (Make-Ready)

Floors

 Thoroughly vacuum all carpets (ensure all floors are completely dry before setup begins). 

Sweep and damp mop hard floors (wood, tile, concrete).  

Restrooms

Full sanitization: Clean and disinfect all toilets, sinks, and counters.  

Polish mirrors and check for any stray marks on walls/stalls. 

Surfaces

 Dust all surfaces (tables, counters, shelving, window sills). 

Wipe down and polish all furniture/bar tops that remain in the room. 

Glass/Mirrors

 Clean all interior entry glass and any large mirrors in the room. 

Final Check

Remove all visible dust, cobwebs, and fingerprints from entry doors. 

Ensure lighting fixtures and chandeliers are dust-free. 

Post-Event Recovery Clean (Turnover)

Trash & Debris

 Immediate Removal: Collect all trash and recycling.

Empty all waste bins and replace liners. 

Floors

 Heavy Vacuum: Remove all large debris (confetti, food, broken glass).  

Deep Clean: Mop and disinfect hard floors using an appropriate cleaner for the type of soil (sticky beverage spills, heavy traffic marks). 

Restrooms

 Intensive Cleaning: Repeat full restroom sanitation.

Final Surfaces

 Wipe down all walls, door frames, and high-traffic areas to remove smudges and spills. Ensure the space smells fresh and is ready for the next setup.
